I am a retired Civil Engineer with the feds and live in Dundee with my wife. Besides woodworking as a hobby, I enjoy yard work and fishing in my pond or the River Raisin.

My father was a general contractor, and my grandfather was a cabinetmaker. I took wood shop in Junior High, and then did no woodworking till I got through college, got married, and we bought our first house.
